egm8 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and egm8 ("Platform", "we", "egm8"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the egm8 website, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated here.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to continue using the egm8 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms is considered full acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an egm8 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Register only one account on your own behalf — accounts on behalf of others are not permitted.
• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information during registration.

egm8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or equivalent document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

3. Account Management

Each user is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. This includes keeping their username and password confidential, and ensuring that access to the account is only made by the registered account holder.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat or our support email. egm8 will take appropriate action to protect your account.

Balance transfers between user accounts are not permitted. Each account must be used personally by the registered holder only.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

egm8 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. Available deposit and withdrawal methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The applicable limits and processing times are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes once verification is complete.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless prevented by technical reasons. egm8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraud, system manipulation or violation of these terms will be blocked and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by egm8 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming any bonus.

The egm8 welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. Here is how the calculation works:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,800 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

The wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The original deposit amount is not subject to the wagering requirement.

egm8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, reject related withdrawal requests, or close an account if there is evidence of promotion abuse. egm8's decision in this matter is final.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the egm8 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, and table games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo — are operated according to their respective rules as displayed within the game interface.

Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified by egm8. In the event of a technical disruption affecting a game outcome, egm8 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the original bet to the user.

Bets placed through unauthorised methods, including the use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage, are strictly prohibited and will expose the account to closure without notice.

7. User Conduct

egm8 users are required to behave politely and respectfully throughout their use of the platform, including when interacting with support staff, in live chat or through any official communication channel.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to evade restrictions or claim bonuses more than once.
• Using another person's account with or without their permission.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal activity through the egm8 platform.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately towards staff or other users.

8. Responsible Gambling

egm8 recognises that excessive gambling can have a negative impact on individuals and families. For this reason, we offer a range of self-help tools accessible through your account, including setting deposit limits, betting limits and break periods from the platform.

Users who believe they have a gambling problem may voluntarily apply for self-exclusion. Such requests are taken seriously and the account will be blocked for the chosen period. Any attempt to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a violation of the terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the egm8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the exclusive property of egm8 or the parties who provided such content, and is protected by international copyright law.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, modify, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any part of this platform's content without prior written permission from egm8.

10. Limitation of Liability

egm8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of money, unexpected profits, or service disruptions.

The egm8 platform is provided "as is". While we work to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions or malicious software.

11. Account Termination

Users are free to close their account at any time by contacting the egm8 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

egm8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In such cases, any valid balance (after deducting any bonus or funds obtained in a manner that violates the terms) will be processed at egm8's discretion.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under egm8's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation conducted in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by egm8's licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The Malay language version of this document is provided for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the official version recognised by the licensing body will apply.
